I am pleased to inform you that <br />your water conservation grant application for Solar Irrigation was approved for $1,800 in <br />funding on Friday, March 6, 1992. <br /> <br />I would appreciate it if you could confirm by letter your commitment to develop your submitted <br />project in conjunction with our grant program. Please contact Kim Hout, Office of Water <br />Conservation Administrator, at 866-3441 by March 24 to begin the contracting process. <br /> <br />The Office of Water Conservation staff will work with you to develop the details of a project <br />workplan and will manage your grant. Plan to schedule a meeting with staff to discuss your <br />project and workplan in more detail. Once the workplan is complete, a contract will be initiated. <br />The enclosed outline indicates the key elements that will be needed in the workplan. Please <br />review this material and begin developing the details. Any planning effort that you can devote <br />before meeting with staff will expedite the process. <br /> <br />As you know, water in Colorado is a resource that requires careful management. Your project <br />fultills an important role in advancing water conservation practices throughollt the state.
