To support promotion of the model various presentation and educational sessions are
recommended to professional groups including but not limited to the CWCB Board, Special
District Association, Colorado Municipal League, Colorado Counties, Colorado Water
Congress, Xeriscape colorado, Metro Water conservation, Inc., Consulting Engineers
Council, and the Groundwater Association.

Articles will also be written for distribution to the professional community and the public
at large.

6. Describe any innovative features of you project or anticipated benefits to your agency and others.

6.1 INNOVATIVE FEATURES

The model is unique and innovative in itself from concept to output. To the District's
knowledge there is no existing water management decision making tool, in the key area of
water conservation, which takes all the numerous and sundry variables regarding water
conservation and puts it at the finger tips of managers and decision makers for their use and
edification.

Once this model is available every water agency throughout the state with an IBM AT or
better computer will have immediate access to the library of knowledge and experience
regarding water conservation that exists in Colorado.

7
