Water available under contracts (i.e. from Aurora or the Denver Water Board)
will also be included. Prospective new water rights can be included for evaluation. The
water rights inventory created in this manner will be made available to the main module
based on decisions as to which rights and contracts to include in the system operation.

In order to maintain confidentiality it is anticipated that all of the specific detail about water
rights, contracts and other water resource options will be entered by the user's water rights
consultant. The necessary capability within the model to accommodate the user's system
will be provided.

Groundwater Spreadsheet

This module will contain information on each of the wells available to the system. The two
most important elements of this module are the safe pumping rate and total lift for each
well. Information on water quality and any rate of decline of safe yield can also be used.
In the event the wells are alluvial the stream depletion pattern will be included so that they
can be augmented as necessary.

Reservoir Spreadsheet

The reservoir module will contain all surface water storage available to the system either
for raw water or treated .effluent.
