<br />Conservation Plan; conducting a leak detection and repair <br />program on its system that is acceptable to both parties; and <br /> <br />(C.) Disseminating information and materials about the <br />Conservation Plan to its customers; providing free access to <br />the Board to customer consumption records and other data <br />needed to conduct the Conservation Plan; imposing penalty <br />charges on wasteful water consumption during times of <br />restrictions; and <br /> <br />(D.) Adopting such policies or taking such actions as may be <br />required of the Board's Distributors by federal law to enable <br />the Board to obtain federal permits; and <br /> <br />(E.) Other similar actions as appropriate under law. <br /> <br />All water furnished by the Board under the agreement is on a <br />leasehold basis only and is for the use of Crestview and its <br />customers within the Contract Service Area for useful purposes for <br />which the Board's water rights have been decreed. Neither <br />Crestview nor its customers have the right to make a succession of <br />uses of such water. All dominion over the water furnished reverts <br />completely to the Board upon completion of the primary use. <br /> <br />In accordance with the terms of the agreement water use will be <br />curtailed within the Crestview Contract Service Area, upon written <br />notice of a necessary curtailment within the Denver Water Combined <br />Service Area, to the degree and extent of all suburban Distributors <br />and the City of Denver. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.20 METRO WASTEWATER RECLAMATION DISTRICT <br /> <br />Crestview maintains an agreement with Metro Wastewater Reclamation <br />District for the treatment of District collected wastewater and is <br />a member municipality of the Metro District. The service agreement <br />prohibits the reuse of the wastewater collected in the District's <br />wastewater system. Crestview has agreed to keep its sewer system <br />connected with the Metro system and deliver and discharge into the <br />_ _lI1e_t~9 _sy~ t;~llljl.JJ_ _s~waE-e _aDd 1'lp.,~tt_e"'at-<=r originating 3.n. and .collected <br />by the District. <br /> <br />SECTION 2_30 DISTRICT RULES AND REGULATION, POLICIES <br /> <br />The Board of Directors of the District have adopted Rules and <br />Regulations to govern the management, control and supervision of <br />all the. business and affairs of the District, and the construction <br />installation, operation and maintenance of District improvements <br />pursuant to statutory authority. The Board of Directors has also <br />established policies for the operation and maintenance of the <br />District. These rules, regulations and policies are reviewed and <br />amended from time to time in the best interest of the District. <br /> <br />5 <br />
