The District will require that the Engineering Standards of the
Denver Water Department as amended be adhered to within the
District.

The District will require that the Operating Rules and Conservation
Plan of the Denver Water Department as applicable be adhered to
within the District.

The District will require that the terms of agreements, laws,
ordinances and codes are adhered to within the District.

SECTION 3.90 INCENTIVES TO IMPLEMENT WATER USE
EFFICIENCY TECHNIQUES

In accordance with the Denver Water Conservation Plan and service
agreement, the District will inform citizens and the general public
of incentives available for the implementation of water use
efficiency techniques from Denver Water or other sources.

SECTION 3.91 REBATES TO CUSTOMERS TO ENCOURAGE THE INSTALLATION OF
WATER USE EFFICIENCY MEASURES

The District will inform and assist District customers concerning
rebates available for the installation of water use efficient
measures such as low volume toilets, low flow fixtures and
appliances and water efficient landscape and xeriscape
installations.

The District has determined that it would not be cost effective to
provide from District funds incentives or rebates to District
customers to replace or install water efficient fixtures and
appliances or water saving devices. The District will calculate an
estimated saving to customers installing such devices, fixtures and
appliances.

SECTION 4.00 ADDITIONAL MEASURES

The District will evaluate the Water Conservation Plan annually and
amend the Plan as necessary. Input from the customers of the
District and the public in general, changes in the Denver Water
Conservation Plan, directives from the State Office of Water
Conservation, new methodology and technology will be considered in
amending the Plan. Public notice will be given and public comments
will be solicited for any major change to the Plan.

District customers with an unusually high usage period(s) compared
to seasonal average will be identified and notified by the District
to determine the variant use. Information and assistance with the
leak detection will be provided.

18
