Walcher <br />Executive Dittctor <br /> <br />Rod Kuharich <br />CWCB Director <br /> <br />Dan McAulilfe <br />Deputy Director <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Roberts: <br /> <br />Thank you for submitting the Town of Breckenridge's Water Conservation Plan (plan) to the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board. <br /> <br />Upon review of the Plan, I believe the contents of the Plan meet the minimum requirements under <br />the Water Conservation Act ofl991 (CRS 37-60-126), and I hereby am granting approval of the <br />Plan, contingent on completion of the 60-day public comment period. <br /> <br />The Town of Breckenridge's Plan will be kept on file with the Colorado Water Conservation Board. <br />It will also be made available to the Colorado Water Resources and Power Development Authority. <br /> <br />If possible, please send us an electronic copy of the finalized water conservation plan for our <br />records.
