<br />UTILITIES <br /> <br />~ 39-83 <br /> <br />(2) Application for permits and site plans, accompanied by a permit fee often dollars <br />($10.00) shall be submitted to the utilities department, which department shall <br />determine whether applicant's plan meets the specifications hereinabove out- <br />lined and which department shall, upon such determination, issue the permit. <br />Upon issuance, the permit shall be prominently displayed so as to be visible from <br />a public street. Permits shall be non extendable, nontransferable and nonrenew- <br />able. Those holding approved PBG and PUD plans will not be required to pay the <br />ten-dollar ($10.00) permit fee. <br /> <br />(c) Enforcement and penalty: <br /> <br />(1) The director of utilities of the City of Aurora, or his designee is hereby empow- <br />ered as the person responsible for enforcement of the provisions of this division. <br />(2) Whenever it becomes necessary to make an inspection to enforce any of the <br />provisions of this division, or whenever the utilities director or his designee has <br />reasonable cause to believe there exists, upon any premises, any violation of the <br />provisions of this division, the utilities director or his designee is hereby autho. <br />rized to enter such property at any reasonable time to inspect the same and <br />perform any duty imposed upon the utilities director by this division provide, that <br />he shall fmt present proper credentials to the occupant and request entry, ex- <br />plaining his reasons therefor. <br />(3) Penalty. Every person, fIrm, public entity or corporation found guilty of any <br />violation of any of the provisions of this section shall be subject to the penalties <br />set forth in section 1.14. <br />(Ord.
