<br />published a water
<br />conservation plan and copies
<br />are available for tnterested
<br />citizens through the
<br />Department of Public Works
<br />and Utilities, 430-2400 ext,
<br />2176, or at any Westminster
<br />Public Library.
<br />Included in the plan is an
<br />outline of measures the City
<br />has taken to provide incentives
<br />for conserving water, along
<br />with a description of additional
<br />water efficiency and
<br />conservation activities.
<br />
<br />The process for development
<br />of the 1997 City budget is
<br />underway. Citizens are
<br />encouraged to let City Council
<br />know what programs"services,
<br />or projects you would like to
<br />have considered for inclusion
<br />in the '97 budget. Public
<br />hearings have been scheduled
<br />for July 22 and Sept. 19. The
<br />public hearings will be held
<br />during the City Council
<br />meeting at 7 p.m. in the City
<br />Council Chambers of City
<br />Hall. Be involved in the
<br />development 'of your City's
<br />budget!
