<br />TOWN OF CASTLE ROCK <br />"Teach By Example" Program <br />Water Conservation Sub-Committee <br /> <br />This committee was initiated through a directive of the Public Works and Utility <br />Commission of the Town of Castle Rock. It was composed of residential customers and staff <br />members to implement the water conservation grant acquired from the State Office of Water <br />Conservation, and to format and execute short and long term water conservation goals for <br />the Town of Castle Rock. <br /> <br />AI Wonstolen - Resident and Commission Member <br />Tim White - Resident and Commission Member <br />Bev Williams - Resident and Commission Member <br />Polly Rule - Resident, Horticulturalist, Master Gardener, Consultant <br />David N. Hoagland - Utilities Director <br />Billie L. Scott - Environmental Resource Technician, and Program Administrator <br /> <br />Through the evolution of the program, the committee also underwent several changes. At <br />this time, AI Wonstolen is now a Town Council member, Tim White and Bev Williams are <br />no longer on the commission or associated with the sub-committee.
