<br />36-20-104. Definitions. -As used in this article, unless the
<br />context otherwise requires:
<br />
<br />(3) "License" means a certification issuedlly tile director
<br />indicating tllat a specific perSOR lias met tile standards for
<br />certi fi cat i on as a ';Ieatller modi fi er and is appro'/ed to d ired
<br />~eather modification operations in the state.

<br />(4.5) "OPERATOR" MEANS ANY PERSON WHO CONDUCTS A WEATHER
<br />MODIFICATION OPERATION IN COLORADO. .
<br />
<br />(6.) "Person" means an indi'tidual, partnersllip, or pulll ic
<br />orpri 'late corporation or agency, except lIhere tile c9ntext
<br />indicates that "pers9n" is used in tile sense 9f a 1 iving
<br />indi'/idual HAS THE SAME MEANING AS THAT PROVIDED IN SECTION
