1 25-7-512. Repeal of part. ThlS part 5 is repealed,
2 effective Jyly I, 1996 JULY 1, 1996. Prlor to such repeal, the
3 functions of the division under this part 5 shall be reviewed
4 as provided for in section 24-34-104, C.R.S.
5 SECTION 10. 36-20-127, Colorado Revised Statutes, ]990
6 Repl. Vol., as amended, is amended to read:
7 36-20-]27. Repeal of article. This article is repealed,
8 effect i ve Jill y ], 1 99li JULY ], 1996. Pri or to such repeal, the
9 function of the issuance of permits for specific weather
]0 modifications operations through the director shall be reviewed
]1 as provided for in section 24-34-104, C.R.S.
12 SECTION 11. Safety clause. The general assembly hereby
13 finds, determines, and declares that this act is necessary for
]4 the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, and
]5 safety.
