Vol., as amended, are amended to <br />2 read: <br />3 8-42-101. Employer must furnish medical aid - approval <br />4 of plan - fee schedule - contracting for treatment - no recovery <br />5 from employee - medical treatment guidelines - accreditation of <br />6 physicians. (3.5) (k) (I) This subsection (3.5) is repealed, <br />7 effective JIIly 1, 1991i JULY 1, 1996. <br />8 (II) Prior to such repeal the commission and the <br />9 accreditation process created by this subsection (3.5) and <br />10 subsection (3.6) of this section shall be reviewed as provided <br />11 for in section 24-34-104, C.R.S. <br />12 (3.6) (r) (I) This subsection (3.6) is repealed, <br />13 effective dilly 1, 1991i JULY 1, 1996. <br />14 (II) Prior to such repeal the commission and the <br />15 accreditation process created by subsection (3.5) of this <br />16 section and this subsection (3.6) shall be reviewed as provided <br />17 for in section 24-34-104, C.R.S. <br />18 SECTION 8. 12-28-112, Colorado Revi sed Statutes, 1991 <br />19 Repl. Vol., as amended, is amended to read: <br />20 12-28-112. Repeal of article. This article ;s repealed, <br />21 effective Jyly 1, 1996 JULY 1, 1996. Prior to such repeal the <br />22 licensing functions of the executive director of the department <br />23 of public safety shall be reviewed as provided for in section <br />24 24-34-104, C.R.S. <br />25 SECTION 9. 25-7-512, Colorado Revised Statutes, 1989 <br />26 Repl.
