(2) recommendations on potential feasibility of using 2d models on systems such as the North
Fork Poudre,
(3) recommendations on the viability of using the Id models to simulate sediment transport
along pool-riffle canyon rivers such as the North Fork Poudre, and
(4) discussion of the models' accuracy in simulating sediment loading of irrigation canals,
specifically with respect to agricultural water use efficiency.
The report will be in the form of a written document, illustrated with figures and graphs as
appropriate. Copies of the report will be available for public distribution, and will be
provided to all interested parties.
