The success ot the program will be monitored through the <br />use of data developed from the districts billing program as <br />well as a survey of the WWSD customers. <br /> <br />E. rublicity of the awarding of the grant and the <br />availability of materials, speaking progr~ms, and workshops <br />will occur using the District's newsletter and the local <br />papers. <br /> <br />4. ADMiNiSTRATiON: <br /> <br />A. Primary responsibility for the development of the general <br />public program will be with Dr. Paul K. Grogger, University <br />of Colorado at Colorado Springs professor and WWSD board <br />member. <br />B. The general public program will begin as soon as the <br />contract bet.ween the Colorado Water Conservation Board and <br />------ <br />WWSD is signed. <br />C. The different parts of the program will be in draft form <br />by January 1, 1994. <br />D. The completed program wit.h all mat.erials will be ready by <br />May 1, 1994. <br />E. An evaluation of the program will be completed during the <br />fall of 1994 after the high water use period is completed. <br />
