PUBLIC NOTICE

The Ute Water Conservancy District hereby gives notice
that, subject to the Water Conservation Act of 1991, a DRAFT,
Water Conservation Master Plan has been completed and is now
available for public comment. The DRAFT Water Conservation
Master plan may be obtained at the District Offices located

at 560 25 Road,' Grand Junction, Colorado, Monday through Friday
from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The public comment period extends for a period of sixty

(60) days from the date of this publication. Written comments
will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on April 4, 1996, and may

be delivered in person or mailed to the District Offices at
the following address: ,Conservation Master Plan, Attn: Tom
Crumpton, P.O. Box 460, Grand Junction, CO 81502.
