Implement action item approved for the budget year, continue action items from previous years. <br />2. Evaluate results and modify objectives for next year, draft next year's annual plan. <br />3. Design strategies for achieving annual objectives in alignment with Master Plan. <br />4. Draft budget for implementation. <br />5. Provide copies of approved plan to interested citizeus. <br />6.
