AMENDMENTS TO ANNUAL PLANS

Monitoring and Evaluation reports will provide a foundation which Ute Water's

conservation staff will use to prioritize strategies, to design Annual Action Plans for optimum

effect and to improve the monitoring and evaluation process itself. Eve!)' Annual Action Plan

will include monitoring and evaluation components for each project They will also indicate how

successfully Ute Water and its customers are meeting long-tenn water conservation goals.

ANNUAL CONSERVATION ACTION PLAN PROCESS

I. Implement action item approved for the budget year, continue action items from previous years.
2. Evaluate results and modify objectives for next year, draft next year's annual plan.
3. Design strategies for achieving annual objectives in alignment with Master Plan.
4. Draft budget for implementation.
5. Provide copies of approved plan to interested citizeus.
6. Monitor ongoing programs.
