Monitoring and Evaluation
The City will be able to track the effectiveness of the conservation plan by
monitoring the per capita water use of its customer base. Another method
to track the conservation effort is by monitoring the treatment flowrate at
the Wastewater Treatment Plant. Both methods will allow comparisons
between years and months of similar climatic conditions. This evaluation
will be conducted annually by the Utility Director and the Superintendent of
the Water Department.
