I <br /> <br />The Colorado Water Conservation Board awarded the money to! purchase books, CD-Roms <br />and video tapes about home water conservation and Xeriscape g~dening. <br />r <br />The District is working on the resource library with the Berthoud Public Library. Colorado is the first state in EPA's Region VIII to [develop a Drinking Water <br />Revolving Fund program (DWRF), and request funds from EPA.
