Protect TIme or Perfonnance The Project will commetlCC on July 10, 1992. or upon full and proper execution of this CODUaCt. The Project wiD be compl<ted OIl <r before September 30, 1992. However, the Project time of completion may be extended subject to the mutual agreement of the State and Contractor.
