He shall give full <br />and complete information showing the location, <br />specifications, size, extend and approximate cost <br />of any installation. No installation shall be com- <br />menced until the permit has been obtained and the <br />fee has been paid. (Prior code Sec. 13.08.140.) <br /> <br />., <br /> <br />13.08.020 Charges-Owner responsibility. <br />On and after July 28, 1950, all property owners <br />or other persons request i ng connections wi th the <br />water system must necessari I y pay a II costs and <br />expenses of tapping and connecting with the main <br />water lines laid i.n the streets, avenues and alleys <br />of the city, and ..all costs and expenses of extending <br />the lines and"'placing curb stop-boxes and valves. <br />The property owner or other person requesting the <br />connections shall also pay all costs and expenses <br />of putting the water lines under the sidewalks from <br />the service valves at the curb onto and within <br />his own property. He may do this himself, subject <br />to and in compliance with all rules, regulations <br />and requ i rements made or to be made by the ci ty <br />in respect thereto.
