the greatest overall demand and the largest peak demands on the
system. Savings here will have the greatest impact on the overall

metered. one of the plants is currently shut down. The orily major
commercial users so far identified are the carwashes. which have
limited potential for reduced use. We will continue our effort to
identify major users throughout the system. Domestic use reduction
potential is limited, but will not be ignored.
