Dear Daries:

We were very pleased to receive notification that our grant application had been
accepted for the above referenced water conservation project. We are committed to
developing and implementing the project and look forward to working with the Office
of Water Conservation staff. I have had a preliminary telephone conversation with
Chris Bridges and will contact her by June 8th to get the details necessary to begin
the contracting process. We will develop the project workplan within the next two to
three week period.

We agree that water is a valuable resource in Colorado and we look forward to the
opportunity to participate in this program and further the efforts to' promote
conservation of our water resources, Thank you once again for selecting our project
for grant funding.
