The Colorado Water Conservation Board made money

available for the development of water conservation programs

for both the school children and the community of the

Woodmoor Water and Sanitation District (WWSD).

Approximately $3,500 of this money was available to me for

the purpose of developing water conservation and education

programs in the Lewis-Palmer Middle School (LPMS), a school

located within the WWSD.

The remainder of the funds, approximately $3,500, were

used by WWSD to develop materials to assist in the

conservation of water by the members of the district.

2. MISSION:

The education mission was to make the most effective

use of the money available to develop water education and

conservation programs for LPMS. The water district was to

develop materials and techniques that would assist the

members of the water district to more carefully use and save

water.
