Ra

erlain

RE: Addition 1 COOT Water Conservation Efforts

As an ad endum to the COOT letter of November 5, 1991, the
following additional information has been sent to me regarding
water conservation projects.

.

We closely follow and implement any local water conservation
measures that have been proposed or adopted. At the
headquarters complex, all new remodeling uses low volume water
closets in rest rooms as new or replacement equipment. This
includes stools, urinals and shower heads. In the landscaping
area, rock and drip system irrigation has been used on all new
landscaping projects for the last two years as a water
conservation effort. We also have our own water well, drilled
when the building was constructed in 1956, from which we use
pump water to irrigate all grass and flower areas by means of
a fully automated sprinkler system, a further conservation
measure.

.
