The <br />following measures are designed to either reduce interior use, thereby reducing wastewater <br />flows, or to reduce summer peak demand. <br /> <br />Residential Measures <br /> <br />The following measures apply to the residential sector. <br /> <br />Advanced Plumbing Regulation. The Advanced Plumbing Regulation is a <br />modification of the existing plumbing regulation. It specifically requires the installation of ultra <br />low volume (ULV) fIxtures in all new single- and multiple-family homes, businesses, schools, <br />and other public buildings. In addition, the Advanced Plumbing Regulation also applies to <br />remodeling and other upgrades to existing homes and buildings. <br /> <br />21-6657 <br />
