<br /> South 45°48'16" East 2,086.26 feet, a tributary of Italian Creek.
<br /> K. Star Mirror Pond(storage) 8.00 a.f. with right to fill and refill.
<br /> The Star Mirror Pond is located in an unsurveyed area of Gunnison County, Colorado.
<br /> The projection of an existing U.S.G.S survey would place the Star Mirror Pond in the SE
<br /> 1/4 SW '/� Section 35, Township 12 South, Range 84 West, 6t'P.M.
<br /> The Star Mirror Pond is an existing pond which will be tapped by pipeline at a point
<br /> whence United States Mineral Monument 5944 bears South 81°30' East 1,468.75 feet, a
<br /> point on the natural embankment retaining said Star Mirror Pond.
<br /> These diversions will take water which is tributary to Italian Creek,the Taylor River and
<br /> the Gunnison River, as decreed in cases No. 02CW94, 81CW18, 81CW19, 85CW241,
<br /> 85CW242, 89CW184, 89CW185 and 95CW150. In support of this request,Applicant states that
<br /> continued development of the mine and mill been done. The Court finds that the statements are
<br /> true, and that this activity constitutes reasonable diligence in the completion of the diversions_
