<br /> That the Court has jurisdiction over the subject matter of this action; that a
<br /> mailing of notice of due diligence in accordance with rules and statutes was properly given;
<br /> diligence was due by June, 2015.
<br /> That the Applicants) have not appeared or otherwise attempted to show cause
<br /> why said Conditional Water Right should not be canceled.
