<br />pursuant to the provisions of C.R.S. 1913, 37-92-102(3) and

<br />C.R.S. 1973; 37-92-103(3), (4) and (10) known as Senate Bill

<br />97. and that the purpose of the appropriation claimed herein

<br />reasonable degree.

<br />north latitude and IOS-29-42 west longitude in Huerfano
<br />County, Colorado. The lake is located in the natural drainage
<br />of lIuerfano Rv., and may be located on the Blanca Pk. U.S.G.S.
<br />quadrangle.

<br />January 19, 1977, provided, however, that this

<br />ot the natural water surface is approximately 12,630 feet as
<br />derived from the applicable U.S.G.S. quadrangle.

<br />required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable
<br />degree.

<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED That Applicant shall install
<br />
<br />and maintain such water measurement devices, recording devices,
<br />
<br />content gauges and inlet and outlet measurement and recording
<br />
<br />devices, as tIle case may be, as are deemed essential by the
<br />
<br />
<br />Office of tIle State Engineer, and the same shall be installed
<br />
<br />
<br />and operated in accordance with instructions from said Office.
