(II) For the fiscal year ending June 30, 1980, sixty

percent to the state general fund tnirty--percent--to--tne--st~te

FORTY percent to the local government severance tax fund created

by section 39-29-110;

(III) For fiscal years ending after June 30, 1980, fifty

se~er~nee--t~x--tr~st--f~nd-ere~ted-by-seetion-39~29-i89; and ten

FIFTY percent to the local government severance tax fund created

by section 39-29-110;

(d) (I) For fiscal years ending on or before June 30, 1979,

forty percent to the state general fund fifteen-pereent-to-tne
state-se~er~nce-t~x-tr~st-f~nd-ere~ted-by-seetion-39-29-i89; and
