Allocation of severance tax revenues. (1) <br /> <br />(b) For oil shale, forty percent to the state general fund Torty <br /> <br />pereent-to-the-state-severanee-tax-trast-Tand-ereated-by--seet;on <br /> <br />39-f9-i69, and twenty SIXTY percent to the local government <br />severance tax fund created by section 39-29-110; <br />(c) (I) For fiscal years ending on or before June 30, 1979, <br />seventy percent to the state general fund twenty-pereent--to~-the <br />state--severanee-tax-trast-Tand-ereated-by-seetion-39-f9-i69, and <br /> <br />Capital/etters indicate new materia/ to be added to existing statute. <br />Dashes through the words indicate deletions from existing statute. <br /> <br /> <br />" <br />
