adjustment, or termination of the effectiveness of any rate

2 filing made by or on behalf of the association on the ground

3 that the rates or premiums for the business of the association

4 are unreasonable or excessive, and the association may

5 continue to charge rates pursuant to such filing pending the

6 final order of the court.

The association shall

10-4-1110. Annual statements.

8 file in the office of the commissioner annually, on or before

9

March 1, a statement containing information with respect to
its transactions, condition, operations, and affairs during

the preceding year. Such statement shall contain such matters

and information as are prescribed by the commissioner and

shall be in such form as is approved by the commissioner. The

commissioner may, at any time, require the association to

furnish additional

i nformat i on wi th respect to' its

transactions, its condition, or any matter connected therewith

considered to be material and of assistance in evaluating the

scope, operation, and experience of the association.

10-4-1111. Examinations. The commissioner shall make an

20 examination into the affairs of the association at least

21

annua lly.

Such examination shall be conducted and the report

22 thereon filed in the manner prescribed in section 10-1-110.

10-4-1112. Privileged communications. There shall be no

24 liability on the part of, and no civil suit for damages shall

25 arise against, the association, the commissioner or any of his

26

authorized representatives,
