<br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br /> <br />17 <br /> <br />18 <br />19 <br /> <br />1 shall not be in any calendar year greater than fifty percent <br /> <br />2 of the premium tax attributable to net direct premiums which <br /> <br />3 would have been due without such deductions. Any portion of <br /> <br />4 any member's assessment or assessments in excess of such <br /> <br />5 deduction for any year may be taken as a deduction in <br /> <br />6 subsequent years. <br /> <br />(4) Any funds remaining in the association upon <br />cessation of the operations of the association, after all <br /> <br />losses and expenses of the association have been paid or <br /> <br />provided for, shall revert to the state general fund to the <br /> <br />extent of any premium tax deductions taken by members, as <br /> <br />provided in paragraph (b) of subsection (3) of this section. <br /> <br />10-4-1109.
