<br />-. ., <br /> <br />-~ <br /> <br />and Cl ear Creek ri vers to the extent, that they have all <br />alluvial aquifers which can be incorporated into the model. <br /> <br />(3) A work plan, task description, schedule, and budget <br />for completion of the model shall be provided by Colorado <br />state university to the state engineer and Colorado water <br />conservation board for their review and approval not later <br />than sixty days after the transfer of funds to Colorado state <br />university. Documentation and verification of the accuracy of <br />the completed model, to include appropriate user manuals, <br />shall be provided by Colorado state university to the state <br />engineer and Colorado water conservation board for review and <br />comment. Said documentation and verification shall be <br />completed by Colorado state university and shall be made <br />available for its use and for the use of the public at large. <br /> <br />(4) The state engineer and Colorado water conservation <br />board shall report to the Colorado general assembly when the <br />model has been completed and documented. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. Project priorities. (I) Notwithstanding the <br />project priorities authorized by this or any previous act of <br />the Colorado general assembly, the Colorado water conservation <br />board is directed to proceed, between the effective date of <br />this act and June 30, 1984, with the construction of the <br />following authorized projects: <br /> <br />Project Name <br /> <br />Chatfield Channel Project Improvement <br />Closed Basin <br />Ilertna Roo!>, vu i I <br />Hi~hland Lal<f: <br />Rid!iJes <br />--.Q''''{.l lalla Reservroir <br />-Fuchs-Ranch n~m - <br />h.,..~~t 'l.'e5tc:. Project deauthori zat ions.
