ShowaUer. <br />Waldow. and Zakhem. <br /> <br />AN ACT <br /> <br />CONCERNING THE COLORADO WATER CONSBRVATION BOARD CONSTRUCTION <br />FUND. <br /> <br />Be it ellacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado: <br /> <br />Section 1. 37-60-106 (1) (0), Colorado Revised Statutes 1973, is amended <br />to read: <br /> <br />37-60-106. Duties of the board. (I) (0) To sell or otherwise dispose of <br />property owned by the board, in the name of the state of Colorado, as a <br />result of expenditures from the Colorado water conservation board construc- <br />tion fund in such manner as to be most advantageous to the state. Proceeds <br />from such sale or disposal shall accrue to the Colorado water conservation <br />board construction fund and shall not revert to the general fund except that <br />any CASH balance in such construction fund in excess of ten million dollars <br />at the close of any fiscal year shall revert to the general fund of the state. <br /> <br />Section 2. 37-60-121, Colorado Revised Statutes 1973, is amended to read: <br /> <br />37-60-121. Colorado water conservation board construction fund - creation <br />of - nature of fund - funds for Investigations - contributions. (I) There <br />is hereby created a fund to be known as the Colorado water conservation <br />board construction fund, which shall consist of all moneys which may be <br />appropriated thereto by the general assembly or which may be otherwise <br />made available to it by the general assembly. and such charges THAT may <br />become a part thereof under the terms of section 37-60-119. Such fund shall <br />be a continuing fund TO BE EXPENDED IN THE MANNER SPECIFIED <br />IN SECTION 37-60-122 and shall not revert to the general fund of the state <br />at the end of any' fiscal year except that any CASH balance in excess of <br />ten million dollars shall revert to the general fund of the state. <br /> <br />Capital letters illdicate lieI\' material added to existillg statlltes: dashes throllgh I\'ords illdicate <br />deletiolls from existillg stat lites alld such materialllot pari of act. <br />
