Exempts <br />public projects and facilities from this requirement if they have already <br />made specific reductions since the "Water Conservation Act of 1991" <br />became effective. <br />Prohibits any new covenant or land use regulation or policy that <br />prohibits or limits drought-tolerant landscapes. <br />Requires local governments to inform the public about methods to <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Shading denotes HOUSE amendment.
