THE PRO RATA <br />COST OF THE PIPELINE FOR THE DOLORES PROJECT FROM MCPHEE <br />RESERVOIR TO THE CITY OF CORTEZ TREATMENT PLANT WHICH IS <br />ATTRIBUTABLE TO THE NEED TO SIZE THE PIPELINE SUFFIC!ENTLY <br />LARGE TO ENABLE THE DELIVERY OF THE UTE MOUNTAIN UTE TRIBE'S <br />DOLORES PROJECT WATER THROUGH THE' PIPELINE SHALL BE <br />NONREIMBURSABLE, NOTWITHSTANDING THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION <br />37-60-121 (1) (b) (IV), COLORADO REVISED STATUTES,' IN <br />RECOGNITION OF THE FACT THAT DELIVERY OF PROJECT WATER TO THE <br />TRIBE IS A COMPONENT OF THE PROPOSED SETTLEMENT OF THE TRIBE'S <br />RESERVED WATER RIGHTS CLAIMS ON CERTAIN TRIBUTARIES OF THE SAN <br />JUAN RIVER. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. Section 1 (1) (a) of chapter 259, Session <br />Laws of Colorado 1984, is amended to read: <br /> <br />Section 1. Project authorizations.
