<br />of this section, and all moneys remalnlng to the credit of the <br />fiscal emergency fund after such restoration shall be <br />transferred to the general fund upon written order of the <br />governor after approval of the joint committee on deficit <br />prevention. <br /> <br />SECTION 7. 37-60-121, Colorado Revised Statutes 1973, as <br />amended, is amended BY THE ADDITION OF A NEW SUBSECTION to <br />read: <br /> <br />37-60-121. Colorado water conservation board <br />construction fund - creation of - nature of fund - funds for <br />investigations contributions use for augmenting the <br />general fund. (5) Any other provision of law to the contrary <br />notwithstanding, all moneys in the Colorado water conservation <br />board construction fund not excluded by section 24-75-211 (1) <br />(a), C.R.S. 1973, shall be subject to use and restoration <br />pursuant to section 24-75-211, C.R.S. 1973. <br /> <br />SECTION B. 39-26-123 (2) (c) (I) (D), Colorado Revised <br />Statutes 1973, 1982 Repl. Vol., is amended to read: <br /> <br />39-26-123. Receipts - disposition. (2) (c) (I) (D) For <br />the fiscal year beginning July I, 1982, seven percent of net <br />revenue from sales and use taxes to the highway users tax fund <br />and eight percent thereof to the general fund; EXCEPT THAT THE <br />PORTION OF NET REVENUE FROM SALES AND USE TAXES WHICH WOULD <br />OTHERWISE BE TRANSFERRED TO THE HIGHWAY USERS TAX FUND FOR THE <br />MONTHS OF MARCH, APRIL, MAY, AND JUNE OF 1983 SHALL BE <br />TRANSFERRED TO THE FISCAL EMERGENCY FUND INSTEAD. <br /> <br />SECTION 9. 39-29-109, Colorado Revised Statutes 1973, <br />1982 Repl. Vol., is amended BY THE ADDITION OF A NEW <br />SUBSECTION to read: <br /> <br />39-29-109. Severance tax trust fund created <br />administration use for au mentin the eneral fund. <br />(3 Any other provision of law to the contrary <br />notwithstanding, all moneys not otherwise committed pursuant <br />to contracts entered into prior to the effective date of this <br />subsection (3) in the severance tax trust fund shall be <br />subject to use and restoration pursuant to section 24-75-211, <br />C.R.S. 1973. <br /> <br />SECTION 10. 24-35-210 (4), Colorado Revised Statutes <br />1973, 1982 Repl. Vol., is amended BY THE ADDITION OF A NEW <br />PARAGRAPH to read: <br /> <br />24-35-210. Lottery fund.
