lessors, sellers, and installers of renewable energy source
property and energy and water conservation property for the
purposes of the municipality, including, but not limited to,
the raising of private capital;

collecting of lease or loan payments for the acquisition,
installation,~ or maintenance of renewable energy source
property and energy and water conservation property, whether
such acquisition, installation, or maintenance is provided by

the municipality or for the municipality pursuant to a written

agreement;

(IV) To require sellers, lessors, and installers of

17 renewable energy source property and energy and water

18 conservation property for the municipality to furnish a
19 performance bond on a municipal project;

(V) To certify the performance standards of any

21 renewable energy source property or energy or water
22 conservation property that the municipality provides or
23 contracts for the provision of within the municipality;

24

(VI) To remove any renewable energy source property or

25 energy or water conservation property leased or sold by the

26 municipality for payment default and to establish requirements
