Changes the executive <br />director of the department of natural resources from a voting to a <br />nonvoting ex officio member of the Colorado water conservation board. <br /> <br />1 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado: <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />SECTION 1. 37-60-104 (1), Colorado Revised Statutes, IS <br /> <br />Shading denotes HOUSE amendment.
