Commission - organization - expenses. (4) In <br />addition to the appointed members, the executive director of the <br />department of natul al WATER resources shall be a voting member, and the <br />state engineer and the director of the Colorado water conservation board <br />shall be nonvoting members of the commission. Six voting members <br />shall constitute a quorum at any regularly or specially called meeting of <br />the commission, and a majority vote of those present shall rule. The <br />commission shall establish and maintain a schedule of at least-four <br />general meetings each year. The chlliInlan, at his discretion, CHAIR or <br />two members may call special meetings of the commission to dispose of <br />accumulated business. <br />SECTION 33. 37-90-111.5 (5) (b), Colorado Revised Statutes, <br />i~ ~eng~tt iQ r_el!<!: __ <br />37-90-111.5. Well enforcement - injunction - cash fund. <br />(5) (b) A fine collected for violations of paragraph (a) of this subsection <br />(5) shall be transmitted to the state treasurer, who shall deposit it in the <br />well enforcement cash fund, which fund is hereby created in the state <br />treasury.
