SECTION 3.. pro~ect authorizations..' (1) Pursuant to
section .37-60-122 (1 (b), Colorado Revised Statutes 1973, there
is hereby authorized to be constructed from such moneys as are or
maybecoine available to the Colorado water conservation. board
construction' fund, in the priority listed, as nearly as
practicable,and with the sums of money listed for each project,
plus or minus such amounts, if any, as may be justified by reason
of ordinary 'fluctuations in construction costs as indicated by
engineering cost indices applicable to the types of construction
i nvo 1 ved for' such projects, the fo 11 owing water resources and
flood' control projects: .
