<br />Be it enacted ~ the General Assembly of the State of Coloraqo:
<br />
<br />SECTION 1. 37-60-106 (1) (0), Colorado Revised Statutes
<br />1973, as amended, is amended to read:
<br />
<br />37~60-106.. Duties of the board. (1) (0) . To sell or
<br />otherwise dispose of property owned by the board,in the name of
<br />. the state of Colorado. as a resul t of expenditures from the
<br />Colorado water conservation board construction .fund in such
<br />manner 'as'to be most advantageous to the. state. Proceeds from
<br />such sale or disposal shall accrue to the Colorado water
<br />conservation board construction fund and shall not revert to the
<br />general . fund . except--that-any-cash-baiance-in-stlch-constrtlction
<br />ftlnd-in-excess-of-ten-miiiion-doiiaTs at the close of any" fiscal

<br />as the Colorado water conservation board construction fund, which
<br />shall consist of all moneys which may be appropriated thereto by
