<br />I proclamations issued under this subsection (4) shall indicate the nature <br />2 of the disaster, the area threatened, and the conditions which have <br />3 brought it about or which make possible termination of the state of <br />4 disaster emergency, An executive order or proclamation shall be <br />5 disseminated promptly by means calculated to bring its contents to the <br />6 attention of the general public and, unless the circumstances attendant <br />7 upon the disaster prevent or impede, shall be promptly filed with the <br />8 office of emergency management, the secretary of state, and the county <br />9 clerk and recorder and disaster agencies in the area to which it applies. <br />10 SECTION 3. Appropriation. In addition to any other <br />11 appropriation. there is herebv appropriated. out of any moneys in the <br />12 ground water management cash fund created in section 37-80-111.5 (I) <br />13 (d), Colorado Revised Statutes. not otherwise appropriated. to the <br />14 department of natural resources. division of water resources. for the fiscal <br />15 year beginning July 1. 2003. the sum of sixtv-five thousand two hundred <br />16 seventv-four dollars ($65.274) and 1.0 FTE. or so much thereof as mav <br />17 be necessary. for the implementation of this act. <br />18 SECTION 4. Safety clause. The general assembly hereby finds, <br />19 determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate <br />20 preservation of the public peace, health, and safety. <br /> <br />-8- <br /> <br />313 <br />
