See L. 99, p. 2251.) <br /> <br />l79a DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, OIL AND GAS CONSERVATION <br />COMMISSION, NORTH WASHINGTON WATER PROJECT - IT IS THE INTENT OF THE <br />GENERAL ASSEMBLY THA T APPROPRIATIONS MADE IN THIS LINE ITEM BE <br />AVAILABLE FOR EXPENDITURE IN FY 1999-2000 AND FY 2000-01. <br /> <br />180 (Governor lined through this provision. See L. 99, p. 2251.) <br /> <br />181 Department of Natural Resources, Parks and Outdoor Recreation, Established State Parks-- <br />The Department is requested to report to the Joint Budget Committee, with its annual budget <br />submission, the following information: A listing of each park for which additional funds were <br />provided; and detailed information on how funding awards were expended for each component, <br />including personal services, operating expenses, utilities, and seasonal work program. This <br />information should be shown for the past two actual years, the current appropriation year, and <br />the request year. Expenditures should be shown by fund source. <br /> <br />182 Department of Natural Resources, Parks and Outdoor Recreation, Great Outdoors Colorado <br />Board Grants - These funds are anticipated from the Great Outdoors Colorado Board, and while <br />these funds are not subject to appropriation by the Legislature pursuant to Article XXVII, <br />Section 5, of the Colorado Constitution, they are shown here for informational purposes. The <br />General Assembly accepts no obligation to continue funding these FTE and programs if Great <br />Outdoors Colorado funds are no longer available. <br /> <br />183 Department of Natural Resources, Water Resources Division - It is the intent of the General <br />Assembly that General Fund support for the Satellite Monitoring System will continue, and that <br />fair share user fees will be encouraged. <br /> <br />184 Department of Natural Resources, Water Resources Division, Personal Services - It is the <br />
