<br />173 Department of Natural Resources, Executive Director's Office, Information Technology <br />Services, Technology Initiative -- It is the intent ofthe General Assembly that moneys in this <br />line item be restricted by the State Controller until the Commission on Information Management <br />has reviewed and approved the Department's Year 2000 implementation plan, <br /> <br />174 Department of Natural Resources, Executive Director's Office, Information Technology <br />Services, Technology Initiative n It is the intent of the General Assembly that the Department be <br />allowed to expend these funds in FY 1999-00 or FY 2000-01. <br /> <br />175 Department of Natural Resources, Minerals and Geology, Coal Land Reclamation, Program <br />Expenses; and Mines Program, Blaster Certification Program -- It is the intent ofthe General <br />Assembly that the amount shown in the Cash Funds column shall be combined with the amount <br />in the General Fund column for purposes of determining the match amount for the "M" and "H" <br />Headnotes. <br /> <br />176 Department of Natural Resources, Minerals and Geology, Inactive Mines, Mine Site <br />Reclamation n It is the intent of the General Assembly that these funds shall remain available <br />until completion of the project or the close ofFY 2001-02, whichever comes first. At project <br />completion or the end of the three-year period, any unexpended balances shall revert to the <br />Operation Account of the Severance Tax Trust Fund from which they were appropriated. <br /> <br />177 Department of Natural Resources, Minerals and Geology, Emergency Response Costs -- <br />This appropriation is for the purpose of responding to environmental emergencies pursuant to <br />Section 34-32-123, C.R.S. The Department is requested to submit a report detailing expenditures <br />made from the Emergency Response Cash Fund, including a brief description of each emergency <br />situation which required fund expenditures. This report should be submitted with the <br />Department's annual budget request. <br /> <br />178 Department of Natural Resources, Oil and Gas Conservation Commission, Personal Services <br />-- It is the intent of the General Assembly that in FY 1999-2000 the Oil and Gas Conservation <br />Commission be authorized to use up to $22,000 from its existing personal services appropriation <br />for the purchase of contract assistance from the Weld County Department of Public Health and <br />Environment in responding to complaints regarding oil and gas development. <br />
