<br />e <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The provision of financial assistance from the Drinking <br />Water Revolving Fund to the proposed:projects will preserve, protect, <br />conserve, and develop the water resources of the state; promote the <br />beneficial use of the waters of the state and the protection and preservation <br />of the public health, safety, and welfare; create and preserve jobs and <br />employment opportunities; and improve the economic welfare ofthe people <br />of the state; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The General Assembly ,deems the projects to be in the <br />interest and to the advantage of the people of the state; now, therefore, <br /> <br />Be It Resolved by the House of Representatives of the Sixty-fourth <br />General Assembly of the State of Colorado, the Senate concurring herein: <br /> <br />I.
