<br />CONCERNING ADDITIONS AND MODIFICATIONS TO THE
<br />DRINKING WATER REVOLVING FUND ELIGIBILITY LIST.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to section 37-95-107.8, Colorado Revised
<br />Statutes, the Drinking Water Revolving Fund has been created in the
<br />Colorado Water Resources and Power Development Authority
<br />("Authority") to provide financial assistance for certain drinking water
<br />supply projects; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to section 37-95-103 (4.8), Colorado Revised
<br />Statutes, in order to qualify for financial assistance from the Drinking Water
<br />Revolving Fund, proposed projects must be included on the Drinking Water
<br />Project Eligibility List; and

<br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to section 37 -95-107.8 (4) (b), Colorado Revised
<br />Statutes, the Division of Administration in the Department of Public Health
<br />and Environment, in conjunction with the State Board of Health, has
<br />proposed additions and modifications to the Drinking Water Project
<br />Eligibility List; and
