Colorado, hereby quit claims to Beaver Park Water, Inc. ("Grantee"), whose address is
P.O. Box 286, Penrose, CO 81240, County of Fremont, State of Colorado, the following
property, to wit:
All of the State of Colorado, Colorado Water Conservation Board's rights and
interest in the property recorded in the Deed dated December 18, 1979 and recorded
December 18, 1979 reception number 463393, Fremont County, Colorado.
