Percentage could increase to 20%depending on the mitigation requirements. <br /> FUND REQUIREMENT SCHEDULE <br /> The Town of Windsor is seeking funding through the Colorado Water <br /> Conservation Board to finance $4.5 million of the project. The Town will fund the <br /> remaining amount with their cash reserves. <br /> The expected fund requirement schedule for the project, with an estimated project <br /> total cost of $6.3 million is as shown below. The loan amount from the CWCB will <br /> be $4.5 million and the portion from the Town of Windsor will be $1.8 million. The <br /> schedule of when the funds will be needed is based on construction starting in 2013. <br />
