Notes:
1 Raw water pump station assuming 60% pump efficiency and does not include the cost of electrical service
to the pump station.
2 Miscellaneous site work includes re vegetation, final grading, and miscellaneous riprap.
3 Access Roads: $20/LF for moderate terrain and includes clearing, grubbing, grading, and road base.
4 Increased engineering percentage to cover addition floodplain modeling for the check
structure being located in the Cache la Poudre River
5 Increased permitting percentage for addition permitting for work within the normal high
water line of the river. Percentage could increase to 20%depending on the mitigation requirements.
FUND REQUIREMENT SCHEDULE
The Town of Windsor is seeking funding through the Colorado Water
Conservation Board to finance $4.5 million of the project. The Town will fund the
remaining amount with their cash reserves.
The expected fund requirement schedule for the project, with an estimated project
total cost of $6.3 million is as shown below. The loan amount from the CWCB will
be $4.5 million and the portion from the Town of Windsor will be $1.8 million. The
schedule of when the funds will be needed is based on construction starting in 2013.
