The cost estimate for "Alternative No. 2 (Cache la Poudre River Pump Station) is
$2,156,284. However, there are some overlapping costs between Alternative No. 1 and
No. 2. Table 16 is a combination of Alternatives No. 1 and No. 2 with a reduction for
these overlapping costs. Table 16 itemizes the total infrastructure cost ($2,515,004)
presented in the final cost listed in Table 13.
